What if I don’t like the preview?
Then you walk away and owe nothing. We build the preview at our own cost, and billing only starts when you approve the site to go live.
Why is there a 12-month term?
We carry the cost of building your site instead of sending you a project invoice. The term is what keeps the monthly price this low. The term starts at launch, and after 12 months it continues month to month, and you can cancel any time with 30 days’ notice.
Do I own my website?
Your domain, content, images, and customer data are yours from day one. While you’re on a plan we own and maintain the code that runs the site, and you can buy it outright at any time for a one-time fee equal to three months of your plan. If you leave, we hand everything that’s yours over in standard formats.
How do changes work?
Email us. Anything that takes under about an hour, like text, photos, hours, staff, or a new page, is one update request. Presence includes one a month, Growth three, and Platform is unlimited within reason. A whole new feature is quoted before we do the work, never after.
What if I already have a website?
That’s the usual starting point. We work from what you have, keep what’s working, and handle the domain move so your existing email is untouched.
What if I need more than a website?
Custom software, larger integrations, and SaaS products are quoted as fixed-bid projects with milestone payments, so you know the full cost before committing. Tell us what you need and we’ll be honest about which side of the line you’re on.
