The terms, in plain language
The things you would otherwise have to get on a call to find out.
What you pay
- No setup fee, no deposit, no project invoice. Your first monthly payment starts the build.
- The initial term is 12 months, then it continues month to month. The term exists because we carry the cost of building your site, it is what keeps the price this low.
- After the initial term, cancel any time with 30 days' notice.
- Hosting, certificates, monitoring, and infrastructure are all inside the monthly price. There is no separate hosting bill.
- Your price is held for as long as you stay on the plan.
What you own
- Your domain, content, images, and customer data are yours from day one, on every plan, always.
- While you are on a plan, we own and maintain the code that runs the site. That is what lets us build it with nothing upfront.
- If you leave, you keep everything that is yours and we hand it over in standard formats. Hosting stops and the site comes down.
- Want to take the code and run it yourself? You can buy it outright at any time for a one-time fee equal to three months of your plan.
- We will not hold your domain or your data hostage. Ever.
What counts as an update
- Text changes, swapping photos, adding or editing a page, updating hours, staff, or services, publishing a post, adjusting a form.
- Rule of thumb: anything under about an hour is one update request.
- A whole new section or feature is a separate quote. We tell you before doing the work, never after.
- Something broken is never an update request. Breakage gets fixed immediately at no charge, on every plan.
Billing and support
- Billing runs on Stripe. You get a receipt every month and can update your card or cancel yourself.
- Update requests go through the contact form or straight to email. There is no portal to log into and no ticket number to remember.
- You talk to the engineer who built your site. Not a salesperson, not an account manager.

Bigger than a website?
Some work does not belong on a monthly plan, and we will tell you when yours is one of them.
